The 2.2-acre “close-in” property (1 block east of the crossroads at Sunset & Red) is anchored by an historic wood-frame vernacular 1932 cypress and pine cottage, set amidst picturesque near-native grounds that feature enchanting Pollinator Gardens and Pine Rockland and Hardwood Hammock forests.

• Auto & Pedestrian access gates can be readily locked to prevent onlookers from entering the site

• Catering & Dining logistics are a breeze (on-site kitchen for staging meals; caterers have the potential use of nine 8-foot picnic tables, ten 6-foot tables and 60 folding chairs)
