Featuring "Been There, Done That"
Perennial fave Been There Done That returns to the Keystone stage to again anchor the March playbill with an expanded repertoire! The big-hearted, musically gifted Classic Rock cover band is known for its hard-driving delivery of enduring '70s hits spiked by the occasional '60s Oldie. Coming together for this gig is a veritable Who’s Who of esteemed SoFla musicians: Denise Margolesky, lead vocals; Phil Allen, guitar and vocals; Burt Bruton, bass and vocals; Jerry Cohn, guitar and vocals; Noel Cleland, keyboards and vocals; and Jose Arencibia, drums (formerly of Brimstone). Guesting on the 22nd are peerless lead guitarist Josh Chassner (son of founding member and spiritual leader the late Dr. Ron Chassner) and the superb vocalist Stephanie Barcelona, — both rock royalty in Asheville, North Carolina where they perform variously with Pyle Tribe, featuring Rock and Roll hall-of-famer Artemus Pyle.
Been There Done That’s musical chops span genres and generations. Those who follow the Miami music scene will enjoy reconnecting with some of our city’s top talents. Denise is Miami’s premier rock diva. Phil and Burt previously graced the Keystone stage under the guise of Southbound Suspects, and are also members of Acoustic Anarchy, a renowned group that performs regularly at Pub 52. Jerry is a founding member of Been There Done That, which traces its roots to 1964 and Norland High, as well as to late-Sixties band Leaves of Grass (their song "City in the Rain" was featured in a "Mad Men" episode). Noel is a veteran of the great local band Deck 52, and Jose hails from highly regarded Brimstone.
