Order the TAS Bird Checklist!

Do you have the best checklist of birds for South Florida?  Tropical Audubon Society does and wants to share with you.  The Checklist of South Florida Birds covers from Lake Okeechobee south to Key West, including the Dry Tortugas.

The current edition of the TAS checklist was funded by the Sears-Swetland Family Foundation and compiled by David Lysinger in 2001. It contains information on abundance of each species in spring, summer, fall, and winter, and also notes which species are known to breed in the area. Besides being a convenient place to mark your bird sightings, it also has plenty of space to note additional sightings such as butterflies, herps, and mammals.

To get your copy (or copies!) of the TAS checklist, send $2 per checklist and a stamped self-addressed full-sized envelope to
